Refunds
Refund policy for PropStage
PropStage sells digital credit packs used for virtual staging workflow actions. This policy explains when billing questions, credit issues, and refund requests may be reviewed.

Digital service basis
PropStage provides digital staging output and related workspace services. Purchased credit packs are intended to fund that digital workflow rather than a physical shipped good or in-person service.
Because the product is digital, refund eligibility depends on the billing state, whether credits were used, and whether there was a real technical or service-delivery failure.
What may be reviewed for refund or credit correction
Support may review duplicate payment issues, clear technical checkout problems, obviously broken or materially failed generation outcomes, or cases where the service did not deliver the paid digital action in a usable way.
Unused purchased credits may be reviewed case by case, especially where there was an account or technical issue shortly after purchase.
What is usually not refundable
Completed digital outputs and credits already consumed through successful service use are generally not refundable merely because of design preference, taste mismatch, or a decision not to use the result in a listing.
PropStage is a staging workflow, not a guaranteed marketing outcome. A listing not performing as hoped is not, by itself, a refund reason.
Payments and merchant of record
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for PropStage payments. Payment processing, taxation, and card-network handling may therefore involve Paddle records and Paddle review in addition to PropStage support review.
If a payment issue appears to be processor-side rather than product-side, PropStage may need to coordinate the next step through Paddle.
