Privacy policy for PropStage

PropStage is a virtual staging service for real-estate professionals. This page explains what information the service stores, why it is used, and how billing, uploads, and support data are handled.

What we collect

PropStage may collect account information such as your email address, profile name, workspace name, and login history. The service also stores property details, room details, uploaded source photos, generated staged outputs, and limited operational logs needed to keep the workspace working.

When billing is enabled, PropStage also stores transaction references, purchased credit-pack history, and payment-status records. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for card payments, so PropStage does not directly process or store full card details.

How the information is used

The service uses account and workspace information to authenticate users, attach rooms and results to the correct workspace, operate uploads and downloads, and provide support when a customer reports a broken generation, billing issue, or account issue.

Uploaded property photos and generated results are used only to provide the staging workflow, preserve paired originals for review, and keep historical outputs available inside the customer workspace or archive surfaces.

Service providers

PropStage relies on external infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, and AI generation. Depending on the active runtime, this can include Supabase for auth and relational data, Paddle for billing, Cloudflare R2 or compatible object storage for media delivery, and Google image-generation services for virtual staging output.

Those providers may process data only as required to deliver the service. Payment data is governed in part by Paddle as merchant of record, and customers should also review Paddle policies when completing checkout.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must upload only property photos they own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or privacy-sensitive content that you are not authorized to process through the service.

Listing teams remain responsible for local disclosure obligations, representation accuracy, and any brokerage or MLS requirements connected to staged listing visuals.
