Acceptable use
Acceptable use policy for PropStage
PropStage is narrowly scoped virtual-staging software for vacant or nearly vacant property photos. This policy explains what the service may be used for and what content is not allowed.
Last updated June 18, 2026
Allowed product scope
PropStage may be used to create listing-ready interior staging visuals from customer-supplied photos of vacant or nearly vacant rooms and property spaces.
Allowed outputs are limited to rooms, interiors, furniture, decor, lighting presentation, style direction, and property-marketing visuals that help a viewer understand how an empty space may look when furnished. The workflow is designed to preserve fixed room geometry and property structure while adding movable staging elements.
Not a living-subject or likeness product
PropStage must not be used to generate, edit, imitate, or manipulate people, faces, bodies, animals, pets, living creatures, human likenesses, celebrities, private persons, avatars, identity documents, biometric identifiers, voice, impersonation content, or deepfakes.
Uploaded images should show property spaces, not people, animals, pets, or living subjects. If people, faces, children, tenants, occupants, animals, pets, private documents, license plates, or other sensitive personal information appear in a property photo, remove or crop that content before upload.
Disallowed content categories
Do not use PropStage for adult, sexually explicit, dating, escort, political persuasion, hateful, violent, illegal, counterfeit, infringing, surveillance, credential, document-forgery, gambling, weapons, controlled-substance, financial, medical, or other regulated-service content.
Do not upload photos or prompts that infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, confidential information, brokerage rules, listing-platform rules, or any other rights or laws that apply to the property or listing.
Real-estate presentation limits
PropStage may add movable furniture, decor, and presentation styling, but it must preserve fixed geometry, room structure, walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings, built-ins, permanent fixtures, and photographed property truth. It must not be used to conceal defects, alter permanent fixtures, fabricate spaces, change safety features, misstate property condition, misstate room dimensions, or imply that staged items are included in a sale or rental unless that is accurate.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for using any virtual-staging disclosure required by law, MLS policy, brokerage policy, advertising rules, or listing-platform rules.
Enforcement
PropStage may reject, remove, disable, or stop processing content that appears to violate this policy or creates legal, safety, payment-provider, or platform risk.
